The centerpieces created by Peony and Plum are perfection — I love the soft shades of pink, red, and green paired with lemons, limes, and small apples for a whimsical touch!

Peony & Plum has such a fresh eye for floral design! And I love the quote that they use to represent their company; "Happiness held is the seed; happiness shared is the flower".

Melinda Ann Farrell November 2008

When I reflect upon the floral landscape Peony & Plum created for my birthday party, I am transported to the vivid world of the Arabian Knights, of Frida Kahlo's Mexico, of the flower fields of Spain. The things I love. Through her intuitive sense of beauty, Susan designed a living backdrop that made my world glow.

Casper and Sarah Casparian Wedding September 2008

Sarah and I had known each other for a long time before we got married, and we were in total alignment in terms of the general aesthetic we wanted for our wedding. We wanted an "alternate take" on a traditional wedding, with a color scheme and simplicity that is our own. But we had no idea how that would translate into a floral decor. We sought the advice of Peony & Plum because neither of us is well-versed in flowers, plants or arrangements. Susan showed us a wide array of examples, which allowed us to refine our ideas, and she carefully listened to what we liked and guided us to a suitable portfolio of flowers and plants. For our wedding, she created a beautiful array of sustainable flowers and succulents, in a sophisticated and understated palette of orange and green. The theme was carried throughout with table arrangements, the bouquet, room accents and on our chuppa poles, which are particularly challenging for floral design. Susan's combination of attention to detail, knowledge and inventiveness gave us the arrangements -- and overall, the wedding -- that we had always had in mind.
